Corporate Ethics Guidelines

Ethics is the application of standards and adherence to individual and corporate behavior. At Wesclean every employee, affiliate or sub-trade, must act in a manner that is ethical and in line with Company Policies and Procedures.

If you are unsure about what to do in a particular situation that may be deemed as breach of company policy and/or procedures, ask yourself the following (2) questions:

  1. If your decision(s) or action(s) became known to your friends, family, peers, workmates and customers, would it bring credit upon yourself and your employer?

  2. If your decision(s) or action(s) were observed by most members of your community, and if they had all the relevant facts at their disposal, would they consider your decision(s) or action(s) to have been conducted in a fair and honorable manner?

All Wesclean employees, affiliates or sub-trades are expected to comply with legislative laws of the land and never break said laws in the performance of their job.

All Wesclean employees, affiliates or sub-trades are expected to conduct themselves in an ethical manner.

All Wesclean employees, affiliates or sub-trades, regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation, or age, will be treated with fairness, dignity and respect.

Every Wesclean employee, affiliate or sub-trade must avoid creating and/or being placed in situations that may compromise Wesclean's relationships and/or subject the employee, affiliate or sub-trade to unwarranted suspicion.

Wesclean employees, affiliates or sub-trades must not:

  • Give a gift of favor other than that of nominal value;
  • Use Company time, materials or information including proprietary and/or intellectual property for the sole purpose of personal gain.
  • Acquire ownership in any business that results in a conflict of interest with Wesclean and/or its clients, manufactures or suppliers.

Where an employee, affiliate or sub-trade finds himself/herself in a potential conflict of interest, that individual must promptly notify Wesclean management in writing as to the nature and extent of the actual or perceived conflict of interest.

Where an employee, affiliate or sub-trade are privy to knowledge and/or substantiated merit of breach of conflict, that individual must promptly notify his or her immediate supervisor in writing as to the nature and extent of the actual or perceived conflict of interest. Anonymity will be protected.

Your mandatory compliance to these ethics policy & guidelines will ensure acceptable standards of conduct are maintained at Wesclean. If you are unsure about any portion of this policy and/or have questions, please feel free to contact me at (800) 451-1533 or e-mail rtoreson@wesclean.com

Thanking you in advance for your adherence to these guidelines.
