For example… you can delegate the ordering function to a site supervisor with dollar value limits and if the limit is exceeded the order will be directed to a higher level authority such as an area supervisor for authorization before it can be sent to Wesclean.You can also restrict ordering to approved items only, this is available by "ship to location" or by user level.

From the reports menu you can instantly generate reports designed to provide you with the information you need to make informed purchasing decisions or analyze past usage. For example, if you are a contractor that is cleaning many branches of a bank, you would be able to compare product usage (i.e. paper towels, glass cleaner or plastic bags) between the branches and obtain the total usage of all the branches or any combination of branches.
